This is a one-person site selling ten stickers. It collects the least it can get away with, and this page says exactly what that is.

What is stored

• When you bid: brand name, email, website, the logo file you upload, the amount, and the IP the bid came from. The IP is kept only to investigate abuse.
• Your card: never touches this server. Card details go straight from your browser to Stripe. This site stores a Stripe reference, the card brand and the last four digits, which is what is needed to charge a winning bid and nothing more.
• When you join the waitlist: your email and an optional note.
• When you visit: a daily count. The visitor number on the front page comes from a one-way hash of your IP and browser, salted with the date, which is thrown away when the day ends. It cannot be turned back into you.

What is not done

• No third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.
• No email you did not ask for. Bidders get outbid and outcome notices about their own bids; the waitlist gets one email when it opens.

Who else sees it

• Stripe handles payments and sees what it needs to take one.
• The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs.
• Nobody else.

How long

Bid records and sponsor details stay for as long as the accounting rules require, which in Bulgaria means the transaction records are kept for ten years. Non-winning bidders' logos are deleted once the auction closes. Waitlist entries are deleted on request, immediately.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal duty to keep it. Mail [email protected] and it will be done within thirty days, usually the same week.
